Which accounting platform do you use?
I use Sage and Xero-HQ accounting.
Do you require online access of our accounting software?
Yes, you simply provide me with login identity password. You don't have to worry about your data confidentiality, as I am a member of SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) and it is expected of each affiliated member to abide by a strict code of conduct. Else, your business licence will be revoked.
What if I do not have an Accounting software to run my business?
I will provide the software which is included in your fixed monthly fee, you have unlimited users, you get free upgrades and your data is backed up.
Do you assist in preparing monthly reports?
Yes, I will prepare you simple and easy to understand reports. All monthly reports are readily available at any time.
Are you willing to work on a weekly or monthly basis for long term?
Yes, I would love to work on a weekly basis, however, I prefer to work on a monthly basis for long term.
Do you provide customized services in Bookkeeping?
Yes, bookkeeping is the core service of our business, therefore, providing customised reports will be provided as per your requirements.
Can you provide 'Management Accounts, Annual Financial Statements, Cash flow forecasts' on a regular basis?
Yes, I will provide you with Monthly Management Accounts and all other Accounting reports you may require from time to time.
Is my Company’s Data Safe and Secured?
Yes, all data is safe, secured and backed up to the Cloud into an encrypted file and is retrievable anytime.
